Las Vegas—hosting radio shows on Hot 97.5, working VIP at the top nightclubs, and connecting with people from all over the world. Vegas was my playground. But as life changed, so did my purpose. Now, as a family man and a real estate professional, my mission is to help YOU make Las Vegas your home the right way—without the headaches, without the guesswork, just straight-up real talk from someone who’s been here through it all.

Music has always been my passion.

I started my career as a radio personality on Hot 97.5, giving people the inside scoop on the hottest trends. I built my own record label, Cashavelli Music, and continue to release music independently, proving that success comes from hustle and dedication
